Payments

We take cash or bacs transfer, if there is enough interest, we would be happy to start carrying card readers for customers convenience.

 

Payment is due on the day of the clean, or in advance if more convenient

 

Customers can set up standing orders to make regular payments.

 

 

Property access

If we get to your property on the day of the clean, and cannot gain access to do the arranged job, then you will be charged the price of the clean.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel the clean please do so at the earliest opportunity. cancellation on the day will incure a charge of 50% of the price of the clean. 2 cancellations in a row, will incur a  a higher rate for the next clean, as it will be classed as a first clean, 3 cancellations in a row, will end the cleaning agreement between us.

 

Holidays

Everyone needs a holiday, we are happy for you to cancel cleans when you will be away, and may not want a clean, there will be no retainer fee required, but please give us notice.

We also need holidays, so on the rare occasion we get chance for a break, we will also give plenty of notice, as we are not an agency, we may have someone to cover the clean, but that may not be the case at the time, so we will carry on with the clean upon return, with the prior arrangement in place.

Complaints

We are only human, if you spot anything wrong, or any damage, you must report it within the first 24hrs, ideally immediatelt, so we have the best chance of putting it right, and we may sometimes miss something during a clean, especially on new cleans, please just mention it to us, or leave a note on our return, we will take everything onboard, we only want our customers to be happy with our work, so any issues, please just talk to us, we aim to please :)
